COOKED is a family owned and run business, headed by matriarch Lindy, with daughters Jess and Kira at her right and left hands. Cooking and food play a significant (dare we say, religious) role in their family, where recipes are treated as inheritance and were often part of wedding dowry’s!
COOKED’s food inspiration mostly comes from Middle-Eastern and Mediterranean roots, where it’s all about the best of fresh, seasonal ingredients, herbs and spices, skilfully combined and lightly treated, all coming together in a delicious and memorable experience.
