Whipped Feta

Take your feta to new heights with this simple and effective recipe.

  • Combine the feta cheese with some sour cream, mayonnaise, the zest of 1 lemon, a grated clove garlic, some herbs of choice, salt, ground black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes in a food processor or blender and process until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning – if necessary. Assess the thickness and add more liquid if you would like to extend it further.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl and use a small spoon to create a swirl on the surface of the dip. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and crushed red pepper flakes, if using.

Swap out the dried herbs for fresh herbs if you have.
