- In a blender or food processor, combine 100g Camelot Feta with 60ml plain yoghurt or cream cheese and ½ clove grated garlic. Blend until very smooth and creamy, about 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
- Drizzle with a bit of olive oil and add any toppings of your choice. Some suggestions: fresh Umthunzi herbs and lemon zest, roasted Umthunzi tomatoes, or caramelized onions.
