Tuna and Mango Tartare

Finely diced raw tuna and mango in an aromatic asian dressing on crispy bread. YES PLEASE! White & Mixed Meat Boxes. 

  • Finely dice the tuna and place in a large bowl. Set aside in the fridge. 

  • Finely dice half or a whole mango and add it to the tuna bowl. 

  • In a separate bowl, add 2 cloves of grated garlic, 1 thumb of grated ginger, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, 3-4 tablespoons of soy sauce, the juice of 1 lime or lemon, 1 tablespoon of honey and mix well. Taste to test and add more soy/lime/honey according to your preference. 

  • Pour the dressing onto the diced tuna bowl and mix well. 

  • Finely slice your bread of choice. Place the bread under the grill with a drizzle of oil and cook until crispy and golden, or simply toast up in the toaster. 

  • Top your bread croutes with the marinated tuna and add a little blob of garlic mayo. 

  • Garnish with fresh herbs, and dig in!
