Kickstart your day with fruit and delicious oats for sustained energy all day long.
Mash some banana in a bowl or jar that can be sealed. Combine ½ cup of oats, ½ cup of (oat) milk 2 teaspoons of chopped pecans (or your favorite nut), 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence, ½ a teaspoon of cinnamon, a dash of sea sat, 2 teaspoons of sweetener of choice and stir well to combine with the banana. Seal, and refrigerate overnight or at least about 4 hours.
Serve hot or cold. Garnish with some sliced banana or more nuts if desired. Enjoy!
