  • Blend up some juicy mango and yogurt to make a delectable mango smoothie. A touch of fresh ginger or some oats would be great adds! Go on, you know you want to.
  • Chop up some fresh fruit of choice. Toast some coconut shards, nuts, seeds – whatever you've got for an added crunch.
  • Layer up your bowl of bliss, and start your day on a deliciously healthy note.


For some added protein and fibre, add some chia or hemp seeds. Activate your chia seeds by soaking them in milk, plant-based milk or water for 20 minutes before using.
