Mango Pickle

This delicious spiced mango pickle makes the perfect zingy side to any meal! 

  • Chop up some mango into small cubes and place into a bowl. 

  • Pour over some rice wine or white wine vinegar to cover your mango, add some sugar, a touch of cinnamon, some cumin, finely chopped chilli, salt and pepper. 

  • Allow to pickle for at least 10 minutes before serving. Delicious! 


Use mango that is slightly unripe as it holds its texture better.
