Mango & Paneer Cheese Board

Fried paneer with juicy mango and spicy honey drizzle. 

  • Place a small pot over a medium heat, squeeze in some honey and chilli flakes to taste. Heat until the honey has loosened up.

  • Remove the skin and pip from a mango and cut into bite sized pieces. Cut the paneer into strips. 

  • Place a pan over a medium heat with a drizzle of oil, when hot fry the paneer until golden on each side. Rest on a paper towel.

  • Serve the paneer on a plate with the mango slices and drizzle over the spiced honey. Yummy!

 CHEF’S TIP

You can add any fruit you like to this dish, from apple,  apricot, grapes, nectarine, or peach – the options are endless.
