Fried paneer with juicy mango and spicy honey drizzle.
Place a small pot over a medium heat, squeeze in some honey and chilli flakes to taste. Heat until the honey has loosened up.
Remove the skin and pip from a mango and cut into bite sized pieces. Cut the paneer into strips.
Place a pan over a medium heat with a drizzle of oil, when hot fry the paneer until golden on each side. Rest on a paper towel.
Serve the paneer on a plate with the mango slices and drizzle over the spiced honey. Yummy!
You can add any fruit you like to this dish, from apple, apricot, grapes, nectarine, or peach – the options are endless.
