Mango Lassi

Lassis come in all kinds of flavours. Some are salty, some are sweet, some have mint, some have fruit. A mango lassi is a yogurt-based mango milkshake or smoothie.

  • Put some chopped mango, bananas, apricot (optional), lemon juice, mint, yogurt, milk of choice, sugar and cinnamon into a blender and blend for 2 minutes. Blend it with ice if it’s a hot day!

  • Sprinkle some cinnamon and garnish with a mint leaf or two.  Enjoy!

The lassi can be kept refrigerated for up to 24 hours
