Homemade Bircher Muesli

A combination of oats, shredded apple, and dried cranberries, melded together overnight, creating a creamy bowl of nourishing goodness. 

  • Combine about  half a cup of  yogurt, a handful of  oats, one grated apple, some dried cranberries, a touch of cinnamon and honey (or your preferred sweetener) in a medium bowl. Cover and let sit in the refrigerator overnight.

  • Give it a good stir the next day and season further to taste. 

  • In a dry pan over medium heat, toast some mixed seeds until lightly golden, shifting occasionally. 

  • Dish up your creamy bircher muesli, and top off with a sprinkle of toasted seeds. 


This high fiber, low GI breakfast will keep you fuller for longer.
