Easy Peasy Fruity Morning Boost

Mixed fruit, with creamy yogurt and Seed & Circus granola. With a herby, lemon, honey or maple syrup  drizzle.

  • Slice up some pineapple, and other fruit of choice.
  • Place the fruit into a bowl with a dollop of yogurt. Sprinkle over the Seed & Circus Granola.
  • Place some honey or maple syrup into a small bowl add a squeeze of lemon juice and some thyme leaves (or your hardy herb of choice). Place in the microwave for 10-20 seconds to loosen up, or heat in a pan. Drizzle over the fruity bowl of goodness, and dig in.


Pineapples are rich in vitamins, enzymes and antioxidants. They may help boost the immune system, build strong bones and aid indigestion. And, despite their sweetness, pineapples are low in calories.
