Sweet banana with a tangy salsa to add that zingy zing!
In a bowl, combine some diced tomato, banana, diced onion, chopped coriander, a drizzle of oil, and seasoning.
Make a dressing with vinegar, some olive oil, a small amount of fresh chili and some lemon juice.
Combine dressing and other ingredients and allow to marinate for at least 10 minutes before serving.
Combine with a small amount of seasoned yoghurt for a whole different sambal!
